Switzerland:

As a Swiss-based retailer, exchanges and returns are generally excluded, except for defective products whose usability for their intended purpose is compromised. If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nuvola.eco and we will provide instructions for return or exchange. Defects resulting from improper use are excluded.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal: 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Please note that the following products are exempt from this right:

• Products that have been opened or whose hygiene seal has been broken
• Products that are no longer in their original condition
