How to use:
Soak the whisk briefly in warm water to soften the bamboo tines, then add about 1 g of matcha powder to a bowl. Pour 100 ml of water heated to around 80 °C over the powder, and whisk quickly in an “M” or “W” motion until a light froth forms. Rinse the whisk with clean water, shake off excess, and let it air dry upright or on a whisk holder to maintain its shape.
