Horn-Shaped Textured Gua Sha – Green Jade

Description

This horn-shaped gua sha is made from green jade, a sacred gemstone known for its vitality, renewal, and protective energy. It’s perfect for easing facial tension, reducing puffiness, and helping your skin feel refreshed and naturally radiant. The textured edges gently smooth expression lines and encourage collagen, while the horn shape lets you reach deeper into the muscles and fascia to lift, sculpt, and release congestion. With regular use, it helps improve circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, and leaves your complexion looking clearer, firmer, and beautifully balanced.

Why this product is special:

  • Smooths fine lines and expression wrinkles
  • Stimulates collagen for firmer, more radiant skin
  • Lifts and sculpts facial contours in depth
  • Supports lymphatic drainage and detoxification
  • Encourages cellular renewal and promotes clearer, healthier skin

Packaging:

The gua sha comes in a protective pouch with eco-friendly packaging.

How to use:

Apply your favourite facial oil or serum to clean skin, then glide the gua sha along your jawline, cheeks, temples, and neck, following the natural contours of your face. Use the textured edges to smooth expression lines and the horn-shaped side to work deeper into the fascia. After use, clean the stone with a cloth slightly dampened with mineral water and mild soap, or cleanse it energetically with sage or Palo Santo smoke. Recharge its energy by placing it under full moonlight overnight or for a few hours in sunlight, avoiding prolonged sun exposure to preserve its colour.

Mineral vs. Chemical Sunscreen: What's the Difference?

Chemical filters absorb UV rays and convert them into heat. They're inexpensive and widely used, but some — especially older-generation filters — are unstable in sunlight, breaking down and generating free radicals. They can also irritate sensitive skin. The biggest concern is that several have been linked by scientists to hormonal disruption — one reason we don't carry them at Nuvola.

Mineral filters like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide work differently: they sit on the skin's surface and work by scattering and reflecting UV rays instead of absorbing them. The result is stable, broad-spectrum protection that's well tolerated by sensitive skin, babies, and pregnant women.
