Coconut Milk Shampoo
This moisturizing shampoo bar is particularly suitable for dry and damaged hair. Curly hair seems to love it a lot! Unfortunately, the coconut scent fades in the soap-making process, making this bar unscented.
How to use:
Shampoo bars are much more concentrated than liquid shampoos, so rubbing the bar directly on your hair will likely result in using too much product, and a higher chance of getting residues.
Tips: lather the bar in your wet hands and massage it on your roots. Section your hair in 2-3 major areas to ensure even application.
After using the shampoo bar: This shampoo bar doesn't need a conditioner! This is because it contains 5% of unsaponified oils and naturally occurring glycerin (a byproduct of the saponification process, usually removed from commercial soaps to be used in other cosmetics).
Instead, after every wash, you will need to do an acid rinse. This has multiple benefits. It will balance the PH of your scalp and hair (soap has a naturally alkaline PH, while our skin is slightly acidic). It will help remove any residue and it will leave your hair soft and shiny!
Sodium Olivate (Olive oil), Sodium Cocoate (Coconut Oil) *, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Milk *, Aqua, Sodium Castorate (Castor Oil), Glycerin, Sodium Jojobate (Jojoba Oil), Sodium Almondate (Sweet Almond Oil), Sodium Cocoa Butterate (Cocoa Butter).
5% superfat: 5% of the oils contained in this shampoo bar are unsaponified, making it extra moisturising.
